Development of brand intranet site

ISG's 'inside-out' brand strategy required all employees to be ambassadors, fluent with brand and confident in implementing it correctly. In order to embed the necessary understanding and give everyone the tools to enable a 'self-serve' approach I developed an extensive on-line brand resource.

Hosted on the company's intranet, the site contained a wide variety of resources including brand guidance, templates, training, best-practice examples and links. The site was structured around hubs responding to common reasons for visiting the resource such as 'creating engaging presentations' rather than being organised by asset type. Assets were then wrapped around each of these hubs to offer assistance for completing specific tasks.
Attracting significant numbers of page views the site also enabled us to reach a wide audience, establishing itself as an important channel for brand related internal communications.
