Provision of brand merchandise e-commerce site

An element of my work to deliver ISG's migration from multiple legacy brands to a master-brand was the re-design of all promotional merchandise and its consolidation under a single supplier.
In addition to strengthening brand consistency, quality control and purchasing power the initiative also needed to remove inefficient localised ordering, storage and distribution. Working closely with the new supplier we addressed this through the introduction of an e-commerce platform integrated in to the company's intranet.
An agreed pricing structure, service level agreement, sign-off process and stock level strategy allowed the business a quick and easy way to order items at a cheaper price point than previously obtained. Local teams were freed from logistical responsibility and system reporting enhanced management.
