Provision of brand training

An important aspect of my role as 'Head of visual brand' at ISG was the creation of 3,000 brand ambassadors. To deliver this 'inside-out' brand strategy I conducted a continual programme of brand training tailored to a number of employee sub-sets.
 

Brand inductions

Monthly brand introductions to all employees joining the business in brand heavy roles.

Forum presentations

Annual presentations to specific specialisms such as PAs through attending their business forums.

 

Brand tours

Annual tours of the business, or to coincide with significant events such as rebrands. Tours comprised presentations to each office and workshops with brand heavy roles such as winning work.

 

Online training

Development and management of training resources such as guidance documents and training videos hosted on an online intranet site.​​​
